About IrvanView

IrvanView is a Multi-Purpose Picture/Photo tool, in a few game hacking, such as Pokemon GBA ROMs game, it's used to decreased color bit.

In the Pokemon GBA, Pictures Hacking Tools such as uNLZ-GBA, when you're about to
Import image in the 16-color/4bpp mode, it'll said Error: Image is not indexed. So,

The only solution is decreasing the color using IrvanView, or you may use paintxp when
you about to edit it's picture.

This importing image progress is error because, you're using a rich color program to edit
it's picture, such as Paint in windows 7.
